This programme is provided in the form of training workshops, as well as one-to-one clinics, for a number of Local Enterprise Offices throughout the year. The aim is to provide entrepreneurs, owners and managers of start-ups and expanding businesses with the skills necessary to prepare a quality Business Plan, with financial projections. The programme was devised in response to the needs of Local Enterprise Offices, who had raised concerns about the quality of submissions being lodged as part of their application process, whether directly for funding or for the Micro Finance Ireland programme.
